FAQ's

• Is the FITPERKS Rewards program free to members?

  Yes, FITPERKS is free to all active members of 24 Hour Fitness. There are no additional monthly fees to participate in the rewards program.

• How do I join FITPERKS Rewards?

  To start earning points, all members must join the FITPERKS Rewards Program. You can join online here.

• What are the different ways I can earn points?

  You earn points for doing positive action in the gym. View the FITPERKS Earning table here.

• Where can I view the reward points that I have earned?

  You can view your points earned on the main dashboard of your rewards account here.

• I canceled my membership. Can I still use my rewards points?

  The FITPERKS Rewards program is available to active gym members only.

• When do I get my FITPERKS Rewards points that I’ve earned?

  Please allow up to 48 hours for points to show up in your account.

  Confirm your email address with your membership matches exactly with the email on your rewards program account.

  To successfully earn points for attendance, please ensure you are checked into the club upon entry.

  To successfully earn points for classes, please ensure you enrolled in your class ahead of arriving in the gym. Checking into the club will automatically check you into class if you are already booked.
